I waited 25 minutes for large chips and spicy rice. The customer service was really good, staff were friendly and the restaurant looked cleaned and inviting. However, waiting 25 minutes for a serve of chips and rice while the dining area is empty is pathetic. Food was good but wouldn't recommend unless you're happy to wait. This place is a sad joke. I spend my last $6 on a large chips that were so undercooked they were solid in the middle and white on the outside. I asked for chicken salt too but that must have fell on deaf ears because the chips were flavourless. If I had done this at my dining workplace, I would have been cautioned IF LUCKY. Idiots
Absolutely awful experience. It took about 30 minutes for my meal to arrive, and the staff seemed indifferent. To top it off, the food was served cold. Appalling service all around. I would not recommend this restaurant. Dining in for lunch, the price per person is between A$1–20. Overall rating: Food 1, Service 1, Atmosphere 1.
Gee I like this place. Yeah, it's a take away chain store, but the lay out of this place is pretty good. It's a Nando's oasis off busy Parramatta Rd. That the staff were friendly, helpful and hard-working, the chicken breast moist, the music Mozambican and the hot sauce... it's why you eat at Nando's, just made it all better. This place is like a roulete. Sometimes it's just an amazing experience the other time it's just not what you expecting from nanods.. overalls I reckon this place is okay.
