My Family always enjoyed coming here for years, Always had a great time and good food here. However, Everything changed today, My husband and I went into to enjoy the buffet for dinner. all of the buffet was cold and not fresh at all. The fish was barely warm and the chicken was cold and very dry tasting the crust was so hard couldn't eat it. We Talked to waitress and told her everything on the buffet was cold and she told us she would have the kitchen staff warm up the fish and it wasn't no better than what it was before my husband and I asked the waitress to change it out. When we approached the cash register to pay for our meals The Cashier ask how was the meal? We told her it wasn't good...
We randomly picked this place to eat because we stayed nearby. I had fried chicken wings, fried okra, salad bar and roll. I rarely eat bread but I ate most of the roll. Fried okra was fried just right and big portion. The fried chicken wings were amazing. Best chicken I have eat out. Our waitress whose name was Candyce was great. Very friendly, courteous and helpful. We were so impressed with this place we went back the next morning for breakfast. The breakfast here is also very good. Would highly recommend this place to eat at if you are ever in this area. Also the buffet looked really good. We had just eaten breakfast so didnt get to try it.
Country Bob's has long been one of my favorite restaurants and continues to be so. The fast and friendly service immediately makes me feel at home! It has become my primary go-to place when I am out running errands and need to stop for a meal. Because of my ever-changing schedule, I appreciate being able to get breakfast any time of day. Even if you're just passing through, Country Bob's is a place you will want to experience!!
Love the look and feel of the cafe. The patriotic memorabilia on the walls. The food was fantastic. The waitress was fantastic. Great little gem. Good job Travis. You're doing it right brother!
