I spoke with the manager regarding the lack of gloves being worn by staff. He explained that the pit guy doesn't wear gloves because they can melt onto the meat. While I understand that reasoning, I observed other staff members handling food without gloves, such as a kid picking his face and a guy grabbing side dish bowls with his bare hands. I even saw him touch fries in a to-go box with bare hands. I expressed my concerns to a waitress, who simply replied that she hadn't noticed the absence of gloves. Overall, I found the lack of hygiene practices concerning during my dining experience.
The pork BBQ platter was delicious. I ordered potato salad and Brunswick stew as side dishes, while my wife had the special - roast beef and mashed potatoes with black eyed peas. All the dishes were tasty. The interior of the restaurant was visually appealing. Our server was very courteous and provided excellent service, which was the highlight of our dining experience.
Food was really good. Amazing Chicken Fingers and Fries. Fries were a little too greasy but it wasn’t that big of a deal. The toast was SUPER GOOD. Similar to Raising Canes style. Sweet Tea is also good. Weird that they’re using cups from Toomer’s Drugs in Auburn for their own though, not a big deal though kinda funny imo. Service is a little inconsistent.
I'm giving this place 4 stars. The service was great, but the food was OK. I really had high hopes for this place. I ordered the brisket sandwich, and they only added 2 pieces of brisket. The slaw wasn't tasty, and the corn bread was super dry. Overall I might give it a second chance, but might consider other bbq places.

Morgan B exemplified exceptional patience when I had two large orders that I wanted bagged separately. She listened carefully and did a wonderful job with a smile. I stop at Country's BBQ each time that I return home to Georgia from Alabama. Great people, food and service.
I am writing this review to express my gratitude to Sandra, our wonderful waitress who made our celebration of a special birthday yesterday truly memorable. She was kind, sweet, patient, and attentive throughout our meal. Thank you, Sandra!
Our first time there and sadly to say we did not enjoy our meal at all….. bbq plate dinner, brisket sandwich with slaw, and bbq chicken plate and then 3 banana puddings horrible after taste :
My wife ordered a bbq chicken and an extra cabbage side dish to go that cost her additional $3.50 and this is how BIG the cabbage is. my hand is not that big either)

I ordered a salad to go wit no cheese they put cheese on it the replacement salad had a tie wrapper in the salad no cucumbers no onion terrible experience today ?
Great food ! Wonderful host! Good variety of food. Great BBQ done right!
