Courtepaille Tinqueux

On a positive note the young staff were friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately, the meal was awful. We ordered a Cote de boeuf and Entrecôte steaks. We asked for them to be cooked Sanguine. When they arrived they were burnt on the outside due to an over aggressive charcoal grill and bleu on the inside. To make matters worse both steaks were so full of gristle so only 50% was edible. The bill with a beer and a small glass of rosé came to €55! Needless to say we were extremely disappointed and left wishing we had opted for the “all you can eat” Chinese buffet round the corner! Avoid.

This restaurant is convenient if you are staying in the Ibis or Novotel Hotels. But don't expect too much. It's only average. It used to be better but nothing special now. Service is average too.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience, very slow service and poor quality of meat dishes (dry rumsteak, dry hamburger and bun). Not the quality you expect from a steakhouse.

This is the best Courtepile we've used, always is good. Opposite end of the spectrum to the one we used the night before.....but that's another story!!

Excellent service and reasonable good food for the price. The staff made a good effort to accommodate our needs despite the language barrier.
