Let me begin by saying that I love cracker barrel when you look at my reviews, I have very rated other locations throughout the country. That said it wasn't a visit. First from the food was great, I got the pot roast and enjoyed it. My problem in this place is with the customer service. The waiter was very uncertain about things in general. When we were brought cookies, we had not made any plates available, so ended up providing a napkin. I then asked for more napkins, again they were never provided. Another waitress came closer, again I asked for napkins, she said safe, went on her way and never back. Finally, a third time I asked our waiter on napkins, never provided. When I wanted to go,...
Other than being short staffed due to our current government attempting to pay people off to vote in a socialistic type of government. This establishment took care of their customers extremely well. The food was fresh and was served quickly. The biscuits tasted like they were made from scratch, if they aren't made from scratch i would love to know what frozen brand they're using. The country store that every Cracker Barrel has was very well stocked. Only thing we couldn't find that we were really wanting to buy was a SkyBar.
Cracker Barrel is usually awesome, however this trip we could tell they were understaffed, our order of crispy bacon was soggy bacon, the waitress herself had to go fix it herself to make it right (weird) They seated us weird, in straight lines, maybe cuz of Covid. It's obvious that they can't find people to work there thanks to gov policies of paying people more to not work. I love Cracker Barrel so we will go again. I just hope they get more staff.
I visited this restaurant years ago and recently came back with a gift card to try their breakfast. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The food seemed like it wasn’t freshly prepared, especially the biscuits, which were lacking in flavor and texture. The scrambled eggs and bacon were okay, but overall I was not impressed. Mary was our waitress and was great even though they were very busy. The meal came within 12 minutes and was hot and tasty. Because it was Labor Day, our waiting time was almost an hour. But with the lack of help in restaurants nowadays it is understandable. You have to go back to work instead of living from the government! All in all, it was worth more than waiting! I'm evaluating them five stars!
Never again! Shown for the wheelchair. Called twice. 30 minutes before I got in. You had my now cold food behind the counter! Checkout was very rude and unapologetic! This is a BS service and hospitality! Cold eggs and pancakes...
Haven't been here in awhile, but gotta say the food was just as good as it was the last time I was here. Nice atmosphere, waitress was wonderful. Definitely be back.

Staff is short handed and service a little slow. Breakfast is miles better than Waffle house. Waitress and restaurant was clean. Overall a good experience.
