Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

It was our first time trying Cracker Barrel. I thought I walked into the wrong place at first because the gift shop threw me off. Found some cool on sale items, so that was a plus. Our waitress was nice and kind. I loved the southern tea. My fried chicken was decent. Hubby loved his meatloaf but wished portion wasn't so small. Everyone liked the tots. Overall, it's definitely a place to try again.

food is not cooked accurately and items were not prepared nor served according to the advertising. o butter for bread to which I requested all biscuits and no cornbread and I was given cornbread anyways...the country fried steak barely has gravy and the friend crust is still doughy..the soup was a half empty small container..I have pictures of the entire meal

Great homestyle food. I usually get the meatloaf but for some reason it was not available so I tried the country fried chicken and it was even better. My only complaint(we uber it alot) is that they barely put any gravy on the chicken or mashed potatoes. Putting a tiny amount on one piece of chicken and none of the other piece of potatoes is pretty stingy.

We typically enjoy our visits to Cracker Barrel, but this time our food came out cold. I ordered fried shrimp and didn't get any cocktail sauce with it. The fries were icy cold, and the hush puppy was overcooked. On a positive note, the sweet potato and burger were both good. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

I ordered meatloaf (it was so bad! crumbly and mushy at the same time and burned on the bottom. The sides were fine-nothing special. The sunrise sampler was good but the biscuits were a little doughy in the middle. Normally we love Cracker Barrel but not today

The dumplings were tasty but a bit doughy. The portion size was generous, with plenty of chicken! However, the turnip greens were quite salty and had a somewhat charred taste. As always, the hash brown casserole was delicious!
