Racist and Rude. Got offered a job then terminated me without a phone call or schedule for my first day. They claim my availability was set to Sunday and you wouldn 't work (instead of the availability not working). Everybody in the BOH is white and I never changed my availability. It was open during the interview and since remained open. I explained that I never changed my availability and he said, well it looks like we 've already processed your termination and I guess we forgot to call you the other day. I dined at the Wash U Location (Washington University St Louis Danforth Campus U City)... I am sooo glad they are open 11 3 during the summer months... I had heard the burger was extremely good but today I ordered the brisket lunch plate... It was fantastic! The brisket was super tender, full flavored and just the right amount of kick to it (so spiced just right)! I also had the fries and brussel sprouts as my two sides... Fries were cooked perfectly with slight crunchiness that I like and the sprouts were the highlight of lunch!! My first time there but won 't be my last! Keep up the great work! For those not familiar with the Wash U campus there is pay underground garage right at the build...
Excellent bbq. I had the Saturday special beef rib and after the first bite I wanted to call a realtor to sell my house and move closer to this establishment. The rub was perfectly balanced with amazingly reduction of the protein. The bark and ring were perfect. Homemade beans, slaw and potato salad added to perfection yet is not over powering to the palate. Local pops on tap are nice touch. Of course the tortillas are fried in brisket fat.
This is the first time we have been here and WOW! My son picked it out as his Dad loves BBQ and this place surpassed all our expectations and blew them out of the water! Courtney who greeted us when we arrived was sweet and so helpful! She steered us in the right direction and we couldn’t be happier! We got the sweet n spicy turkey melt and it was Amazing! This is the place to take your out of town guests when they want the best BBQ! You have to try the pork steak but really everything is perfect. Love Beast Craft!
Drove here after the cardinals game. Just looking for BBQ in the area. 30 mins from the stadium. Some of the best food I have ever had. Great place
The pit boss was on tonight. The spare ribs were a treat and the sausage was a hit. The kid loved the brisket.
