I haven’t been here since they opened came in today to treat my mom to a late lunch, My issues started immediately when the host was scrolling on her phone and did not even acknowledge that a customer walked in, after I said excuse me she looked as if I was bothering her finished scrolling then walked over and said it would be a ten to fifteen minutes and put my name on the list my mom is disabled bar seating is too high, so we stood and after waiting we were seated at a table that was already open. I had a great experience at this restaurant thanks to Seven, an excellent server. I will definitely return. The meal was for dinner, with each person spending over $100. The food was delicious, receiving a 5 rating, as well as the service. The atmosphere was rated a 4. I highly recommend trying the Snow Crab and Hush Puppies dishes.
Ronald is the top bartender out of all three Crafty Crab locations we have been to. The food at this restaurant is even better than at the others we've tried. The manager must be doing a great job here!
The service was terrible and the order was wrong and I had to get in that long line twice just for some overated food. This is a place I will not eat from again

The Waldorf Crafty Crab is amazing, the place is clean, the drinks an food are great.
