1 star only because I couldn't or it wouldn't let me post 0 stars. Went there last Friday and it was brutal. It was about 8:00pm and there were only 2 people in the place 2 customers . Waited 10 minutes before someone came out from the back to take my order. I had never been there so I asked a few questions which clearly irritated the waiter. I got my order, drove home and found that I was missing some of my order. They said they would give me credit or I could drive back. Before I left to go back I opened the 2 small containers that had the soup I ordered 1 bowl but that's what they gave me . There was no chicken or sausage in the gumbo, it was just rice. I went back waited another 10 minut...
This place deserves negative 20 stars. I made a Mother 's Day reservation here and we show up on the day and the place is CLOSED. They claim they are temporarily closed to revamp the menu. Well if you had to close to do that then that means your food is trash and you suck at making it. A warning ahead of time that my reservation was cancelled was all we needed and what should have been done. This place is unprofessional and does not deserve to be in business. This is not a way to conduct a business. And it being Mother 's Day we couldn 't just walk in anywhere. I was furious and hope this place never opens back up. Probably won 't since it 's in the basement since they couldn 't get a better...
What a little hidden gem! This seafood joint is absolutely adorable. Tucked in the basement this restaurant is packed with under the sea-like charm! The decor and the intimate little seating nooks are perfect for small and large gatherings alike. The staff was super friendly and the food was delicious. I didn't get to take photos of my seafood boil in a bag, but it was truly exceptional. Did I mention that there is a fire table inside? Well there is! We visited on a chilly Saturday and the entire place was nice and cozy. We don't drink, but they had a fully stocked bar. This place is perfect to deliver whatever your needs may be... We highly recommend.
My wife loves crawfish, and looked forward to trying this restaurant. We arrived and discovered it was down a narrow flight of stairs. There was no hint anywhere in what we read that someone in a wheelchair could not get in. Friendly staff seated us in the Mexican restaurant we could get into, brought menus from downstairs, and brought food up. Listening to the Mexican music, we ate a decent seafood boil. We will certainly not return to eat in a totally inaccessible restaurant that doesn’t bother to warn potential customers that they might not be able to get in.

Went there yesterday and was shocked to get a shrimp boil with macaroni noodles in it! The sauce was horrible and drinks over priced, I should have known better when the place was empty at 6:30 on a Friday. There is no customer service recovery so be careful if you by chance take a risk and go.
I recently heard that this restaurant might not be open anymore due to a lack of customers, and I really hope that's not the case because everything was absolutely amazing! From the drinks to the food and the service, everything exceeded my expectations. I truly hope it remains open!
Went there a while back when it was open. Very very decorated and thematic. The waitress was very polite and the seafood was good. I wasn 't a fan of the hush puppies as they were very salty. I 'm not sure why they are temporarily closed as I was looking to go back.
It took an incredibly long time for them to open, and when we finally decided to go, they were closed. I will not be trying to visit there again.
