Having used these most weeks, was so disappointed that we waited for our delivery until the allotted time, when it didn’t arrive, we called to ask where it was was told they’d call us back, they didn’t, I called again, to be told, by a very angry person on the phone, that our food was delivered already, when questioned he repeatedly shouted, that the kebab was delivered, totally shocked at the aggression being told that the driver had been asked told that he’d delivered it, he said the driver was a good guy, so no food very aggressive treatment, we called again to question where it was left, this time we were told it was handed to someone, so the story had changed within 5 mins, really annoy...
I would advise against eating kebabs from this restaurant. They have a mediocre food hygiene rating of 3 out of 5, given in 2021. Recently, I witnessed rude and aggressive behavior towards both staff and customers. In extreme heat of 38 degrees, I observed that food deliveries were left outside without refrigeration for 4 hours, which is unacceptable. The overflowing food waste bins are emitting a rancid odor, affecting neighbors and nearby residents. Never ever in my life, often ordering take aways I have ever had such a hard conversation when trying to place an order. The woman was rude and not helpful, kept on repeating totally different things than what I said, ended up no ordering as could waist any more of my tike trying to place an order when someone doesn't give a s t and feel like you need to beg them to take your order!
Just been on the phone the women couldn 't understand me so the 'owner ' came on the phone and I told him my bank details and he was repeating them back wrong telling me that I was saying it wrong when I had my card in my hand, spoke to me so rude and told me his not taking my order because they can 't understand disgusting attitude!!!!

I ordered a special chicken shish and found a bone in it.....I was told to just pick it out or bring it back but I still wouldn't get a refund. Apparently your supposed to expect bones in a chicken shish. Disgusting customer service from the lady and man even when your a repeat customer.
The food at this restaurant is impeccable, but unfortunately, the woman who works on the phone is extremely difficult to deal with. Multiple customers have reported that she frequently makes mistakes when taking orders and payment details, likely due to drinking on the job.
In my opinion, the best kebab in Crayford can be found here. The service is top-notch and the staff are friendly. The food always tastes delicious and the portion sizes are very generous.
Although the order arrived with a missing kebab, I called and the missing one arrived within 10 minutes. The food was hot, fresh and great portions. Staff were friendly

Been coming here for many years. The food is always fantastic and staff always friendly and up for a laugh. This is probably one of the best kebab houses in the area.
Tasty chicken shish kebab. Friendly staff on collection, quick service overall and best thing was that our kebab and chips stayed hot until we got home and ate them!
