My review is solely based on service the owner of this franchise has the absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced!!! The ice cream is very good it's too bad it's not different ownership would love to have a nice place close by to take my kids !!! I asked for whip cream so it would look like the picture on them menu and the man that makes it told me if i don't like it the way they make it i can leave i'm assuming he was having a bad day place was empty today as well most times when i take my kids it's pretty full i think the town has caught on to there poor customer service habits it's sad because the business could be doing very well !!!
I really wanted to enjoy this restaurant because the manager and staff were friendly. However, with just two customers in front of me, it took almost 20 minutes to place my order and receive my food. The issue appears to be their process. They use fresh ingredients that need to be mixed and then flash-frozen with nitrogen. This obviously takes time, but to be honest, the berry-flavored shake I ordered wasn't worth either the long wait or the price.
My boyfriend and I shared an Elemint Nitroshake.Unfortunately we did not like it at all. The flavor was okay and creamy but the milkshake was lukewarm and had a very small amount of toppings on top, not even mixed in(chocolate chips, Oreo whipped cream). Not only was it $17.45 (that's with a 50¢ tip) but it was in a super tiny cup (10oz).Maybe we got the wrong thing? Milkshake not the way to go? I don't think we'll be coming here again.
I am a huge fan of creamistry and will always choose it over other ice cream stores. The signature creations are my favorite and the way they layer the ingredients makes sure that you get the goodness in every bite. I was in the Tustin area and decided to visit a local creamistry store and was disappointed with the execution. They put scoops of ice cream and topped with ingredients not the way signature creations are made.

Another 25 minutes went by before we finally received our order, making it a total of 55 minutes from the time we placed it to when it was ready. Unfortunately, the employees seemed indifferent and lacking in customer service. Given how expensive the items were, we expected at least a modicum of courtesy and attentiveness towards customers.
Ice cream really good. Wait and price not so much. 20 minutes and $21 for two ice creams. It's soooooo unbelievably loud in there with the mixers going that the wait is probably particularly hard to deal with. If I go back I will order pick up.
CREAMistry is right, they put the cream in ice cream. I get the coconut base taro, sooooo good! Lots of toppings, but I just get the mochi. Such nice people work here too, better than any other ice cream.
I looooove this place. It tastes amazing and the service is fantastic. The environment is super clean and aesthetically pleasing. Definitely recommend coming here!!

The ice cream was absolutely delicious, and Adan is an excellent employee. He works quickly when making the ice cream, and he is also very handsome.
