We visited on a very busy night. Staff were welcoming and we were quickly seated by the proprietor. I went for the Tuna starter and my partner had the sardines. Mains were weeping beef and rissotto and pizza for youngest. +Food was great. Certainly some of the best we've had in France so far +Staff eager and friendly +Fish was very fresh +Menu inventive and on the whole very well balanced Only negative and its a minor one was the dessert. After a very busy night they had run out of profiteroles so I went for the creme brulee. It was surprisingly average, when compared to everything else we had during the evening. Went to thos restaurant twice, once for lunch and once for dinner. Lunch wasn't busy, got our food quick6, very nice friendly waiting staff. Try lobster risotto and crepes. Dinner was very busy, staff were doing their utmost to serve quickly, extremely good pizza, fresh oysters, and a very good selection of wines. Really lovely staff and atmosphere. Reasonable prices. Recommend.

Really, really welcoming staff which is not the case In all restaurants in Ile de Ré! We were there for a quick meal and we both had the Burrata pizza which was one of the best pizzas we’d ever had. I highly recommend this restaurant and we will will definitely be going again before we leave.

We ate here twice after the food was so good the first time. The hake with thai broth and weeping tiger beef were amazing. The pizza looked incredible too. The service is friendly, relaxed but still attentive. Would highly recommend.

Friendly service great food -wish we had been braver to interpret the menu as everything that came out of the kitchen looked gorgeous but for a safe option the pizzas were superb!!
