Victoria, the Assistant Manager, was exceptional: she assisted us in organizing a very special event down to the smallest detail. She exceeded our requests and expectations, and the result was absolutely fantastic. The Maitre d', Hubert, offered world-class service, and every staff member matched his high standards. The food was equally impressive: beautifully presented and delicious. I cannot recommend Cringletie highly enough. Rooms: 5
Wunderbares Anwesen, Service wunderbar, sehr schöne Zimmer. Wir waren hier um den Geburtstag meiner Partnerin zu feiern, was ich bei der Reservation erwähnte, ich erwarte bei so einem guten Hotel, dass das in irgend einer Weise berücksichtigt wird, leider war dies in keiner Weise der Fall. Nicht einmal wurde Gratuliert. Schade das mindert den Service aus meiner Sicht erheblich.
Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in Cringeltie House. Der mit Cross Hotels sehr erfahrene und professionelle Gastgeber William James Roland Cross persönlich und seine Mannschaft haben unseren Aufenthalt dort außergewöhnlich und persönlich werden lassen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist dabei Hubert aus Frankreich. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
Back to Cringletie for our 5th Anniversary in May. Still a gorgeous setting. Fantastic staff and service. Thoroughly enjoyed our tasting menu at dinner. We appreciated the extra effort to adapt the menu for my wife who has coeliac disease. Was für ein wunderschönes Erlebnis vom Willkommen heißen, zum Service und den Geschmacklichen. Allein das Ambiente, der Standort, die Aussicht.... einfach märchenhaft.
