I’m a huge fan of black olives, but I accidentally received green olives with one of my orders instead. The difference was frustrating! I called to let them know, not because I wanted a refund, but so they could be aware of the mix-up and avoid similar issues in the future. However, the manager informed me that since I ordered inside without my customer code, they couldn’t track my order or acknowledge what I had requested. I mentioned that I had a picture of my receipt alongside the incorrect food, but was still told that, unfortunately, they couldn’t assist me because I had paid in cash at the counter.
I wasn’t looking for any compensation; I just wanted to help them improve their service...
I go to Cristy's On The West Side, they are awesome, and are very helpful, and know what they are doing... Now the Cristy's on the East Side out by Tiki Lane is completely different they don't know what there doing... I used my credit card there and after checking my bank statements they ran my card , and charged me 2 times on my card, and never got reimbursed... Also Jess the bartender is rude, and inconsiderate... Remember to look at your bank statements to make sure they don't double charge you... And last of all, they always ask you if you want your change back from your order from the East Side... I am now ordering from the West Side Cristy's...
I'm very picky when it comes to Pizza, and I rarely order from national chains because I enjoy Mom n Pop style. Cristy's has moved into my #1 spot. The crust is perfect, their toppings are very high quality, and the bake is just right. And this is rare with most pizza, but the 2nd day in the toaster oven, it tastes as good, if not better than the first!Well done everyone. Keep it up!
Ordered a Take-N-Bake, and on my way out, gentleman named Jordan ran out the cooking directions. It slipped out of our hands, and went to pick it up and dropped my ingredients and he didn't hesitate to run in and replace what spilled onto the pavement. Had a smile on his face the whole time and very friendly. The world needs more of Jordan.

I usually don’t do reviews, however I just wanted to say the management at this location is great. I spoke to a woman whose hair is blue, and she was more than understanding and kind. She absolutely deserves to be paid more, and at least receive the recognition she deserves. Thank you.
I have always gotten what I've ordered the way I have ordered it and it is always came on time so thankful Kid-friendliness: Always delivered on time I always tip very good and they go away happy and me as well
It's not as good as it used to be. While the flavor remains similar, the crust is now thinner, and there's less sauce and fewer toppings.
Usually we do pick up, but tonight we had it delivered and when we opened the box this is how it looked… very

Pizza was still hot when delivered, it was tasty and the delivery driver was super nice!
Great food. Best pizza in Ohio Vegetarian options: Lots of fruits and veggie dishes
