The staff at this restaurant is unacceptable. The employee working there is impolite and unpleasant. When I was standing at the counter, she looked at me and ignored me before finally acknowledging my presence. This is not good customer service. Whatever happened to greeting customers with a simple "hi, are you here to pick up your order or place a new one?" If she doesn't enjoy her job, she should leave and find something she actually likes or improve her customer service skills. As customers, we are the ones who pay her wage. She should smile and be grateful to have a job.
This is a pretty awesome pizza bar, though it has temporarily moved due to a block of flats suddenly being put up. However, that doesn't stop this place from being one of those awesome takeaway pizza bars. In fact it goes further than that and actually has a dine-in section up the back, and honestly, it was pretty nice. Oh, and they made a killer lasagne as well.
I am here to retract a negative review that was made in error. The team at this restaurant, especially Sam, have shown me that great customer service still exists. They have restored my faith in humanity by taking responsibility and going above and beyond to keep my business. The food at Crown is outstanding and definitely worth returning for. Thank you, Sam.
Just tried the vegan pizzas absolutely delicious! I’m talking any pizza you’ve ever dreamed of getting vegan with mock meats and vegan cheese and all, not just boring old veggies with no cheese. Plus only $16 so doesn’t break the bank like every other vegan pizza out there. I’ll be a regular for sure! Thank you for being so accommodating

Crown Pizza Ribs is undoubtedly one of Melbourne's best hidden gems. The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is great, and they serve the best pizza in town. Make sure to request Sam for some VIP treatment!
Called at 4:50. Asked for 6:00pm arrival. 20 minutes later, still waiting. Didn’t think it would be so busy on a Tuesday night.
