Best I can say about this place is that there are good views, and the staff are friendly.Take out food was bland (smoked meat poutine and chilli cheese fries). Line was long mainly because they don't have obvious signage telling the alcohol buyers to sit instead of line up with the takeout orders. I dislike they serve in styrofoam very poor decision for the environment. But mostly, ticked off they they hand you the debit machine already on the tip screen, not giving you to option to choose whether you want to tip at all. I tip I just don't like to be told to tip.
Me and my son decided to go out for lunch so we decided to try it here do to the view when we first got here it took almost 10 min to be seated once seated it took even longer for anyone to take our order we ordered a small poutine and a 2 piece fish and chips with two chocolate milkshakes our food came out in relative good time but we did not get our drinks until we where done half our meal. There was no apology service was not necessarily rude but also was not welcoming it basically felt like we where not wanted here. Definitely won't be back here to eat
Way too overpriced for what you get. A basic, single-patty cheeseburger, small poutine and water came to almost $18, plus the machine asked for a tip. The burger was basic at best, the poutine was half cooked and i asked them to put an extra patty on the burger, but they wouldn't. Really? For that price you can't throw an extra beef patty on it? It was paper thin. Nice view of the river and generally speaking the staff were friendly, but honestly, my money is better spent elsewhere.
Terrible service, ended up cancelling my order. Ordered an ice cream cone and waited in line for 20 minutes. When I approached the window and said I think my order got missed I was told they were behind, however, everyone who ordered their ice cream after me had already been served. Would not purchase from here again.
I bought ice cream there and there were a lot of people there. The service is poorly organized. A woman who was the manager closed the window violently to my little girl who wanted to take a spoon that was on the other side of the window. She almost cut off his fingers.They must learn to behave well with clients.
Food was good, waitress left alot to be desired. Came out with mask askew, stared directly at me, saw I had kids and diverted to a table of 2 older adults who came in like 10 minutes after we did. Messed up the drinks, never bothered to check on us and then took 15 minutes to bring the bill.
Went for a burger.... was not disappointed :P great selection of food. The staff did their job but didnt seem to enjoy it. No condiments on the table, none offered. BUT, I went for a good and reasonably priced burger and they delivered!

Management extremely rude. My son dropped his ice cream right after he got it and they made us pay for another one.
