Horrible customer service and the cookies are not worth the hype. Waited 30 minutes for my ToGo order that had already been confirmed as complete. Over a dozen people in the kitchen and 1 poor cashier dealing with the entire front end and NO support. Got my cookies in a chocolate smeared dirty box and they have the audacity to charge $1 for a birthday box thats a small, black sticker in the corner. The chocolate chip cookies were bland. The lemon cookies were tasteless besides the icing. Not worth the $4 price tag and definitely not worth the chaos of their ordering system. Dont bother
Ive been really excited to try this place for a while now and decided to go for it tonight. At nearly $5/cookie for the 4-Pack, you think there MUST be some magic to their cookies. Now granted I have been spoiled with my grandmas baking, but these cookies (I got 4 different kinds) are just okay considering the price. Not great, not original in any way, just...a good cookie that is grossly overpriced and overhyped. Youre better off spending that money on a mix at the grocery store and making your own that will, most likely, be just as good, if not better.
omg so freaking good!! Ive been wanting to try this place for a while and I wish I didnt wait so long! I got 2 milk chocolate chip cookies, a smores and a brownie cookie all delish!
those cookies were amazing n still warm when they arrived to me definitely worth the money
