I don't understand Crumble Top. I'd seen a lot of people posting about this place, so decided to try it. I have to say it was the worst crumble I've ever eaten. My dish felt like two tablespoons of tart stewed rhubarb and apple (good) that was cooked separately to being in the crumble, so not integrated at all. On top, there was an inch of super-dry oats, that as I mentioned didn't integrate with the fruit below. When you cook this dish at home, the moisture from the fruit actually interacts with the underside of the topping. When you whack it under a grill, it simply doesn't happen.

Ich verstehe nicht Crumble Top. Ich hatte viele Leute gesehen, die über diesen Ort veröffentlicht haben, so beschlossen, es zu versuchen. Ich muss sagen, es sei das schlechteste Crumble, das ich je gegessen habe. Mein Teller fühlte sich an, als würde sich wie zwei Esslöffel von Tart eingestammeltes Rhabarber und Apfel (gut), das separat gekocht wurde, um im Kamm zu sein, also nicht integriert. Die Idee dieser Etablierung hatte mich wirklich interessiert, also entschied ich mich, ihm ein GO zu geben und laufend in den Fall zu bekommen. Kummer
Um ehrlich zu sein, scheint die Crumble-Top ihre ganze Zeit in das Branding und die Verpackung ihrer Güter eingesetzten. Die Box war schön, gut präsentiert und sauber mit perfekten kleinen Düsenschlitzen für Ihre gewählten Gewürze. Leider endet das Lob das Lob.
Ich kann nur davon ausgehen, dass es in der Mühe, einige der von der Branding der Brüllenden, dass die Crumble TOP-Führungskräfte entschieden haben, alle Portionsgrößen lächerlich klein und alle lächerlich hohen Preise zu machen.

The idea of this establishment really had me interested, so I decided to give it a go and get deliveroo on the case.
To be honest, Crumble Top seem to have put all their time into the branding and packaging of their goods. The box was lovely, well presented and clean with perfect little die cut slots for your chosen condiments. Unfortunately though, this is where the praise ends.
I can only assume that in an effort to recoup some of the money haemorrhaged on branding that the Crumble Top executives have decided to make all portion sizes ridiculously small and all prices ridiculously high.

This dessert bar is on King Street near Missenden Road. Their main offering are crumbles with a choice of topping, sauces, and ice cream. The service is super friendly and really nice. Order at the counter, make payment and if eating in, pick a table and they'll bring it out to you.
It was a great dessert to have as it was a cold evening and just the thing to warm you up. I had the Granny Smith & Cinnamon, Oats & Spice, Vanilla Custard, And Toasted Coconut Ice Cream. It was a wonderful combination and a pretty good version of apple crumble. The custard and ice cream brought in extra flavour and moisture to the dish.
Headed over to Crumble Top after dinner tonight, Interesting place where you design your own crumble from the menu and they make it right there for you.
Opted for the apple cinnamon with oat and spice crumble for the topping. Came out nice and fresh, apple cinnamon with oat and spice turned out to be a nice combination. Had a side of Belgium chocolate ice cream to finish the dish.
