Wir haben über The Fork mit einem Rabatt gebucht. Als wir ankamen, wirkte es auf das Personal wie eine Zumutung. Sie waren von Anfang an unhöflich zu uns. Wir fragten, wo der Rabatt angewendet wurde, da wir die Menüs ausgewählt hatten (die teuersten). Laut The Fork gilt der Rabatt auf alle Abendmenüs, doch das wurde uns nicht gewährt. Atmosphere: There was hardly anyone (5 tables max). Unfriendly staff, takes a long time to serve and forgets the bill. 18fr for a small teapot of mint tea. 1fr more for an extra drink! We ask for Lebanese tea, he tells us no, Moroccan! While another waiter tells us about Lebanese tea. Difficult to communicate. Terrible service and mediocre to not good tea. Gutes Essen, aber ein schrecklicher Service. So langsam, arrogant und unorganisiert habe ich selten Bedienungen erlebt. Das Essen kam spät und nicht gleichzeitig; die Kellner haben mehrfach Bestellungen vergessen und sich nicht einmal für die Fehler entschuldigt. Schade, denn der Ort ist schön, aber das Erlebnis wurde durch das Personal komplett ruiniert. Es gibt viele andere Lokale in der Umgebung, die eine deutlich bessere Erfahrung bieten.

Essen war in Ordnung, einige Gerichte weit entfernt vom Original. Der Service wirkte etwas unerfahren. Die Dekoration erinnert an eine Hütte im Nahen Osten, was sehr eigenartig ist. Wir hatten über The Fork reserviert, aber das Personal schien überrascht davon zu sein, und wir bekamen einen Tisch hinten in Richtung Eingang der „Hütte“. Extremely disappointed, we came with the gourmet passport and this restaurateur clearly does not apply the rules by charging for services that should not be provided. The food was basic and ordinary for Lebanese cuisine, the Lebanese wines were excellent but all much too expensive for what it is. Bad value for money. Any service. Any atmosphere. We were very well served. Food was fresh and delicious. We had a fattoush salad that was delicious and the Kafka with fries and hummus which were fresh and also delicious. We stopped by for a drink and decided to stay for dinner and we were glad we did. Definitely will return!!

Very disappointed, I came with the passport and we were not allowed to choose from the menu (this was not specified anywhere), the dishes were bland and the service left something to be desired.
