Service slow, drive thru was highly unenthusiastic of taking my three item order: burger, fries, shake; no special order. At later time lunch hour, went thru drive thru, told to pull forward and wait. Why waiting? It's delicious but have to wait. Too slow. I got honked from a car behind me. Not my fault it's too slow. Can you guys improve your slow service? I never wait in Anoka. Also, got a unfriendly mention from order runner telling me to pull forward. Same problem, too slow.Rating 1 star due to runner unpolite.
messed up my burger and boyfriends boyfriend has dietary restrictions literally only wanted a double plain w cheese BB and i wanted a culver’s deluxe single and they flopped the order. was upset w him for having an attitude when he literally couldn’t eat the food bc he has CRHONS and can’t eat specific items. then proceeded to get angry with me and tell me MY BOYFRIEND messed up HIS OWN BURGER AND MINE. instead of just giving me a refund bc i literally am at work and cannot go get another one
However, I can't quite understand why they now ask for your name in the drive-through. It doesn't seem to matter what name you provide, as they don't match it to the credit card you hand over or anything like that. Additionally, it feels like half of the staff who bring food out to cars have a tendency to be a bit intrusive. Honestly, there's no need to lean your face into my car; I'm not here to socialize.
As for parking, there's ample free parking available, so you’ll always find a spot no matter the day or time, unless there’s a large event happening.
Regarding wheelchair accessibility, there are several designated parking spaces, and the doors can be opened with an accessible button.

Stopped in after a shopping spree at Anoka Meat Shop. Got a bowl of chicken noodle soup and onion rings. Big menu, lots of choices.
Went at lunch time. Everything was hot and service was very quick. Super friendly staff.
Robin gave us a great experience! Great value. My kids love this place!!
