My husband and I recently enjoyed a nice lunch here. The food was very good and nicely presented. Nice selection of draft beers and wines as well. I was very surprised that they were sold out of fish before noon! I know it was a holiday and a Monday so some other restaurants were closed, but seriously? Our server was delightful as was our hostess. The dining area and washrooms were spotless. The tables with the better water views are 4 tops so we had a side view. The acoustics in the room are not ideal such that there is a lot of echo and with the music playing is was difficult to hear. I could never bring my father here with his poor hearing. this restaurant has a great location and beautiful decour inside. however, eating is bland and lack of taste. the server are very nice, but you did not know what was on the menu, at least that was our experience. fish and chips were sent back when the teig was so tender. the two best elements in the menu were not available, although the server has suggested them. they have a fabulous weeping menu to travel to decent.
up patio seating were nice, not on the water, but clean and comfortable. everything we eat came out very well. Live music was a bonus and he sang like a champ down maybe a bit expensive. our coworkers were the largest part to midday out I must give bonus points to this place as they are the only ones to our last minute big party reservation. everything worked, and we all enjoyed our meals!
the first lunch I and my wife had in about 4 years was not disappointed at all. the best brunch meal we've ever had. services were top notch everything was super clean fresh, this is our new place we decided today. we will visit again very soon to try the dinner menu. many thanks to that they make such a good experience for us on a long overdue midday date.
