Got charged 18.99 for a Treatzzza Pizza that looked a mess. The day before I bought the Skor one in a Milton location I paid 16.49! Shouldn't the price be the same across all locations?I also originally asked for a Skor one to be put on hold and it barely had any toppings at all! And there were none left I had no other choice but to choose a smartie (which looked like toppings were just dumped on). This was for a birthday and it was very disappointing. First of all this place has gone downhill, it used to be a staple Dairy Queen to visit as a kid. But I went in today and something has definitely changed, I don't know if it's new ownership or what but the store was a disaster, super dirty with things all over the floor. The blizzards weren't mixed at all or made properly, they added random mix-ins and forgot the ones I asked for. I think we honestly could've made better blizzards at home and saved $15. They also still don't collect points which is too bad. It's a shame what's happened to this place and the fake reviews that are now up to make up for the terrible food quality and atmosphere. Do better.
The staff is rude, and portion sizes are ridiculously small. I ordered a medium sundae and added pecans to it and when they gave me my ice cream it appeared smaller than usual. I’ve never had a medium size that horribly portioned. I then politely informed the staff about the sizing, because I had previously purchased a medium from the same store a few days prior, and it was significantly larger, and they had done nothing to address it. As well as their attitude was absurdly rude and nasty. It was a complete rip off as I nearly payed $8.00. If I could rate this a 0, I would.

A Dreamy Delight! I recently tried the Aero Caramel Crunch ice cream and I can't stop raving about it! The smooth caramel base combined with the crunch of the nutty surprises created a beautiful blend of flavors and textures. Every spoonful was a delightful journey for my taste buds. The perfect balance of sweetness and crunch made me savor each bite. This ice cream has definitely become a staple in my freezer. Our experience at DQ was extremely disappointing and ridiculous. We went to the restaurant at 5:00pm after seeing a TV commercial promoting their burger set, only to be told by the staff that they were unable to provide any burgers due to a shortage of buns. The restaurant should be called "DisQualified."

I have been a regular customer at this restaurant for some time now. The food quality is excellent and the customer service is great. My personal favorite dish is the strawberry cheesecake, which I often take home to share with my housemates.
Can’t tell what this is? It’s 2 of their blizzards after a 2 minute drive home. Was wondering why they didn’t flip it over before they gave it to us. Because it was soup.

DQs are getting harder to find. McDonald's is putting them out of business. Great menu and a quality product but expensive. Busy area with parking on-site.
Service is slow. Lots of flies everywhere. Garbage bin was overflowing. The shop smelled like washroom. I bought a whole meal and chucked it.
