I don't expect much from a Dairy Queen since they are all pretty standard. I do however expect cleanliness. This is our usual DQ but we are rethinking that now. On a recent visit we both needed to use the washroom facilities. My husband opened the men's washroom door and the smell was atrocious. It almost made me gag. It was so bad that my husband opted to wait until we got home (we were walking so it must have been really bad). A staff member had just left the women's washroom, and I think she had just emptied the garbage because there was dirty water on the sink and it didn't look very clean. There was nothing wrong with the food, but I question the conditions in the kitchen if the bathroo...
Nice place. I like its not just a pick up for ice cream but like what I had as growing up. Nice restaurant type of feeling where can sit in booth and have your ice cream. Very fresh that the chocolate was warm. Was one of the best Dairy Queen ice cream I have had. Love the place. Going love enjoying going there.

Stopped for a cone after a busy day of travel and were pleased with service and staff. The wait was a bit long but was due to a family who couldn't quite make up their minds, something that happens at a DQ!
Our hotel in Bowmanville, ON was in walking distance to Dairy Queen. So, for us it was super convenient. Ate our evening ice cream at DQ. Always good especially with the chocolate topping. Great value.
Needed a quick evening meal and bypassed the Tim Hortons / Wendy's to visit DQ, hadn't been to one for years. Quick service, nice burgers and clean dining room. In and out quickly.

Used it twice and I was impressed. Unfortunately, not all DQ's have the same standards, but this one is a leader in terms of service quality.
