During my visit to the Kitsap Mall, I decided to indulge in an Energy Island drink afterward. Since I had walked quite a bit and generated some warmth, I opted for an Iced Latte instead of the Americano that I've grown to love. I ordered the 12 oz Nonfat Iced Latte ($2.75) with no added flavors or sugar. Let me tell you, the flavor of Cutter's Point coffee truly stands out. I echo Heather’s comment below about the poor service. I visited on the evening of Friday the 13th and felt rushed while placing my order. I couldn’t even finish before the staff member kept asking, "Is that all?" Additionally, this DQ doesn’t seem to know how to make Blizzards properly; they put lids on them and they ended up soupy. At every other DQ I’ve been to, my Blizzard was handed to me upside down without a lid and came with a spoon to demonstrate its thickness—not soupy or melted. The website states that they close at 10 PM. I just drove 20 minutes to get here only to find the drive-thru closed off with a chain and the dining area locked up at 9 PM. Additionally, we attempted to call, but no one answered, even though we could see employees inside who were not working. I would recommend not bothering to drive to this Dairy Queen, as they seem to set their own hours and don’t update their information online.
After making several trips into town per week to grab a blizzard, our most recent was truly disappointing. This place offers the best coffee at the most affordable prices in the mall! It's family-owned and primarily run by the family themselves. I absolutely love the service, and everyone here is incredibly friendly!
