We definitely prefer Dairy Queen over Culver's and McDonald's, but we’re really disappointed with the service, accuracy, and attitude of the staff at the Hartford location. Tonight, our order was incorrect; both burgers were wrong, and the milkshakes were just chocolate milk. My husband pointed this out and, through the drive-thru window, saw the workers arguing and complaining about who would have to remake them. Additionally, our order of onion rings only had four rings. What is going on?! We used to have starter jobs when we were younger, and we took pride in our work.
I wanted a Reese's peanut butter cup flurry. They gave me m&ms instead. I went back to return it and stood there for 4 or 5 minutes being the only person inside before they helped me. Then they told me they're out of Reese's! What a waste of my time! I would have ordered something else but no I will not be spending anymore money at dairy queen when Culver's is just down the road.
Oh, Dairy Queen, why do you have to entice me with your mouthwatering A1 double burger combo, crispy golden onion rings, and delightful root beer? I aspire to resist your temptations someday, but for now, I look forward to visiting you again next weekend.
This DQ was short of help that day, so everyone was served thru the drive-thru, but the line moved along pretty fast and our Blizzards were delicious! I give the few people working credit for doing such a great job! I would go there again anytime.

ordered a blizzard. got it very soupy and water like. We needed a straw.. napkins would be cool to.. also ordered a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge. no extra hot fudge.
Good food and service, be ready to wait in the drive through the line if you happen to be behind a great order. They are short staff like everyone else.
The service at the restaurant was outstanding, highlighted by the friendly smile from the cashier. They really did a fantastic job!
We had 2 double cheeseburgers and onion rings for $13. Tasting and good value
