I dropped by after an early dentist appointment, hoping to order my favorite tomato soup, but they were still serving breakfast. I think the cashier noticed my disappointed expression, but I went ahead and picked up a tuna sandwich and left. I stood by the door for a few minutes to reply to an email when the cashier, who turned out to be the general manager, approached me with a hot cup of tomato soup. That was such a thoughtful gesture and a prime example of outstanding customer service. It really brightened my day!
Staff is always around to help. I love that I can order my food at the kiosk and modify it to my liking, being able to see all of my options. There’s a lady in there with pink hair. She’s so quick to ask you if you need help and she does it with a smile. Everyone behind the counter seemed pleasant and they were all working hard. My pick 2 came out Perfect. I’ll never think twice about grabbing lunch here. It’s clean and a comforting environment. Keep up the good work
