Another visit another disappointment. After having an issue a couple of weeks ago, regarding a messed up triple belt buster with cheese n bacon, I decided to give them another chance. Ordered a small blizzard with chicken strips n Texas Gravy. I pay for my meal and then after waiting 15mins I'm told they are out of gravy. I ask for a refund. I didn't want chicken nuggets with ketchup. I came to dairy queen for the strips n gravy. The one you're famous for. It's always something here. Yes I got my refund but the water of time. Tell people you're missing something before they pay, don't lock them into something they didn't order at a drive thru.
The restaurant has plenty of staff members, but it doesn't seem to make a difference when it comes to taking orders at the drive-thru or serving customers in the restaurant. I waited in line while the cash register was left unattended and two employees were busy talking to each other. Customers were left waiting to be assisted. My order was confusing and it took over 15 minutes to receive it. The employee working at the ice cream station also took a long time to make my order.
Although the management at Dairy Queen may have some issues with paying their employees on time, the staff still manages to perform like rock stars. This rating is specifically for the hardworking employees, not the management.
If you have a sweet tooth like me, head to the best ice cream spot in town: Dairy Queen. I highly recommend trying their Blizzard - Chocolate Extreme. Trust me, chocolate lovers, it doesn't get any better than this.

I absolutely love the service at this restaurant. The food is served hot and arrives at your table quickly.
Ask for Sylvia to make the burger, she takes her time and it comes out awesome. She is a very sweet woman.
This restaurant is a wonderful place to celebrate Father's Day! Highly recommend it!
