A few things wrong with this location. Prices: this location has added $2+ to every single product on their menu.. a small blizzard was $6.59.. any other location is $3.69. for a soft serve chocolate sugar cone and the blizzard it was over $12. Service: it doesn't matter what time you go there, we were the 3rd car in line and it took north of 30 minutes and they still got our order wrong, when asked to remake it they jipped us on the contents of the blizzard. Drive thru: their intercom doesn't work at all which adds to the wait time. Employee attitude: we were given attitude when we told the girl working the window our blizzard was incorrect and asked if they'd remake it. Tip: the girl asked...
Avoid this place if you want ice cream. Horrible serving size for the high prices. I ordered a small cookie dough blizzard for $6.50 pretax, and i swear it was just vanilla ice cream. I had to ask them to add some cookie dough. My kids cone orders were very small for $4 apiece. As usual Warren Buffett has traded corporate profits for service. Go elsewhere and thank me later.
This is the worst Dairy Queen I've ever visited. When I got home, my order was completely incorrect. The blizzard was made with chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla, and it seemed like the staff just added vanilla on top to cover up the mistake. I also noticed the car in front of me returned their ice cream three times before they finally got it right.
Who doesn't like ice cream? This location has a drive thru and multiple windows. Parking is ample, and they have a nice little outdoor seating area. It could be on a larger piece of property because it feels a little tight, but the service and products are enjoyable and have a lot of options to choose from. Go for it! We did!

I paid $34 for a freezer-burned cake today, and it was absolutely disgusting. It was such a disappointment for my child's birthday. This used to be my favorite Dairy Queen, but not anymore. I would like a refund!
You can either use the drive-thru or walk up at this Dairy Queen. The owner is incredibly nice and helpful. We always enjoy DQ, but this location is definitely one of our favorites!
They have a great crew working there. The one time I did have an issue, the manager was very attentive and concerned. Everything was resolved above and beyond. Pick this location!
Not all Dairy Queens are the same. Randolph has great customer service. They have a clean facility. They are quick and friendly.
