Worst service ever. Went in to order a cake for my daughter’s birthday. Stood there waiting with no one even acknowledge our existence. Came back in to pick the cake up on Aug 18 and same thing. Stood inline at the counter with zero acknowledgement. The Lady working the drive through looked right at us and said nothing. Twice. 2 guys in the kitchen said nothing, even looked at us standing there. Another gentleman walking around also looked right at us and said nothing. Another lady going in and out of the coolers just ignored the fact that people were waiting at the front. Finally I had enough and spoke up and said is there anyone that can help us please. I've eaten twice this week so I should tell you how much I liked this place. The staff was very friendly and very fast, the meal was excellent and a friend of mine told me to ask a 1 liter of soft serving and to mix the oreos for a cheap blizzard. The woman and I couldn't finish everything, but we tried. It wasn't much left. Great place.

We ordered online and picked up 10 minutes late. Drinks were not ready to go. Safety shields made the line up closed in and confusing as to where to go for pickup. Skip the dishes delivery driver was sitting on a side counter where you get drinks and no one said anything to him. (YES, THEY NEW HE WAS UP THERE) Food was good.

I really like the food. But the drive is sometimes very slow. Maybe because food is fresher than most fast foods? Not sure, but make sure you plan accordingly when you use the drive thru. It seems faster if you park and go fine.

Ordered a meal. Was told they have no fries or onion rings. So went with some chicken strips. 4 . Got 3 strips and a hunk of just batter. Told them about it. And they 'll reply was. Oh. Sorry
