I ordered three Blizzards: two large Butterfinger and one medium Butterfinger from my usual restaurant in Yorkville, IL. However, today the manager was helping in the kitchen and prepared my Blizzards for me. He made one of the large ones and the medium, but when he tried to dispense the Butterfinger pieces, the machine was empty. Although he claimed he added the correct amount, he didn't actually get any pieces from the dispenser because it was empty. I visit this store regularly, but this time the service was rude and unprofessional. Management like this can quickly ruin a business. Yorkville residents, take note!
Person who took my order was great, ice cream was fine, it’s 8:35pm on 8/27/23, a girl in there was being just AUFUL to her coworkers, a small mistake had apparently occurred and all she could do was (literally) SHOUT at them and talk about how “she wasn’t going to get the blame” she was using profanities with customers in the building and everything. Everybody has a bad night I get it, but treat your coworkers with dignity and respect lady.
Me and my fiance had bad experience at the place yesterday. One of the employees was rude to her. I asked him if he can put a lid on both of my and fiance blizzard cup and he gave us an attitude and went off. My Fiance told him he was rude because he was. I won't be going back to this Dairie Queen again after getting miss treated by one of the employees.
We made our last visit to this Dairy Queen. I about choked when the total was $70. I looked at the receipt and saw they charged me $3.09 for a Large ice water… an ice water. The final straw was watching the kid who ran the register wipe his nose with his hand and then wipe it on the side of his jeans. He then proceeded to put the food in the bag. YUCK!!! So the staff is very chatty amongs themselves. That are completely rude to a lot of customers and do not listen at all. They dont clean anything in the place and just giggle among themselves!! Try smiling and do look so stupid the entire night!! The tenders are over cooked!
Next time I go to McDonald’s and get a so-called Sunday for a fraction of the price, and when I walked in the girl at the counter, was saying she hated working at fast food places that should’ve been my first time to leave . Never again!
