Did they hire a child? There was a 11/12-year-old-looking girl working behind the counter when I came here. The cashier was trying to enter an employee discount for an employee who came in to eat. Having trouble entering the discount, the cashier went back to the kitchen to seek help from her co-workers. A young (11/12 years old) looking girl came to the front, confident that she thought she could help. However, she was relatively argumentative with her coworkers, and she acted like she had to prove to them that she knew how to fix the situation. It ended up causing the employees to take much longer to figure out the discount, and left me waiting an unusually long amount of time in line. I u...
The food is great and so are the employees. I asked for Hot Chocolate. They don't normally have it but made me a cup. Now that's service and with a smile. I'll go back. we went because I was to tired to make anything. Just got done making 24 doz. Christmas Cookies. and cleaning up my mess.
Every time we head west on PA turnpike my boys can't wait for exit 110! The staff always accommodate their crazy blizzard requests. Food is great and always fresh. Very clean establishment. Our favorite DQ!
The staff during my last visit was friendly and helpful. My food tasted great and you can not beat the 5 dollar meal bacon cheeseburger, fries, drink and comes with a parasol for dessert. Yummy.

I love Somerset Dairy Queen and am so glad they came to town! I visit their place often and really appreciate their food as well as their ice cream!
