This restaurant was a letdown in terms of consistency. The staff turnover is high and the interactions both inside and in the lobby were disturbing. I recently took my family there, but we only observed the chaos behind the counter. While we were waiting to be served, we noticed mosquitoes and dust hanging over our heads, especially near the counter. We hoped that nothing extra would end up in our food. Google says DQ is open until 10 P.M. on Saturday night..inside and for drive-thru. At 8:50 the lobby was closed, so we went through the drive-thru. When we inquired about the lobby bring closed, we were told that they closed it early so they could clean. As a result, the drive-thru took thirty minutes. On top of that, they had no chocolate ice cream on a Saturday night! The last time we were there and asked for a Blizzard and a cup with two scoops of chocolate ice cream, we drove away with only one scoop. We gave them another chance tonight, but now we're done. I came at 5:45 and was the only one in the car thru, 1 person inside. the young man who took my order had a great difficulty getting it right now. Even after I had moved and paid, I had to tell him again several times what my order was. at this time there was a long line in the drive thru and more people inside. The service at this restaurant was inconsistent. Additionally, the food seemed to be microwaved and was inedible. When brought to the staff's attention, they mentioned that they were short-staffed during my visit. It appears that ordering takeout may provide a better experience. I do not plan on returning. While some of my money was refunded, the staff member handling the refund was rude and not open to hearing about the issues with the food.

I am given this five star review. Simply because after having a rough day, rushing after work to get my son a birthday cake. Despite the fact that we're expecting a hurricane tonight , a young lady by the name of Ayla greeted me with a pleasant smile took the time to write happy birthday on the cake I selected for my son and gave me excellent customer service. Still great ice cream. Nice to find a location you could go inside to. In NH, most are still drive thru last I checked. The staff here seemed new and not fully trained. My wife's cone dipped in chocolate had an opening on the side that allowed melted ice cream to drip all over. Ity was still nice to stop for a quick refresher
Bacon Two Cheese Deluxe Signature Stackburger was good, kinda messy but juicy which is not a bad thing. Lot of stuff piled on made it hard to eat because the bun starts to fall apart. Burger size bun shrank it seems size wise but that's typical sadly of most places today.
The service was slow. I had to remind the server to take my payment after finally receiving my order.
