Horrible service ... threw my change at me ...didn't know the managers name then pretend to be the manager ...gave me a wrong number for the manager .....kept saying we are training right now while the guy who also basically chucked my food at me(why I finally asked for a manager) ....spilled my icream all over me ....and slammed the window saying have a good day and just stood there ..when I got upset about his treatmentof me ... I still needed half my order...he continued to stand and stared at me doing nothing ....just being creepy.... .... food was under cooked and my ice cream had hairs in it .... so ummm if I could give zero stars and still warn people I would ...but here we are. I am...
Good food and quick, friendly service.UPDATE: Feb. 26, 2022. Visited Dairy Queen for a Fish Sandwich. Made my order at the drive thru. The order taker was polite and helpful. Food was prepared quickly, and as usual, the sandwich and fries were just perfect. The meal was better than ever because the gentleman in the truck in front of me kindly paid my bill for me. I was surprised and so happy I passed on the joy and kindness and to the lady in the vehicle behind me. Makes my heart happy to do that. ?
a pity that there are so many negative reviews. one of your best workers is a gale called jenny. I was in her dq several times and this child always has a smile on her face and is one of the most helpful people they work there. you have a girl named jamie who is the most rude and evil person. Maybe if they hire more people like jenny they would get better reviews on their restaurant

This place is a fantastic milkshake spot. Their service goes above and beyond. I have a service dog and every time I visit, they make sure she gets a pup cup and they refuse to let me pay for it. Definitely coming back here again.
the last time I ordered from there, I got a $7 combo that would have contained a sunshade. they did not remember my Sunday, but we prepared ourselves when we returned less than an hour later.
I door dash from here, they usually have the orders ready. I personally love their cheese curds! They also have a new Berry slushy that's outstanding!
