Horrible service ... threw my change at me ...didn't know the managers name then pretend to be the manager ...gave me a wrong number for the manager .....kept saying we are training right now while the guy who also basically chucked my food at me(why I finally asked for a manager) ....spilled my icream all over me ....and slammed the window saying have a good day and just stood there ..when I got upset about his treatmentof me ... I still needed half my order...he continued to stand and stared at me doing nothing ....just being creepy.... .... food was under cooked and my ice cream had hairs in it .... so ummm if I could give zero stars and still warn people I would ...but here we are. I am...
Good food and quick, friendly service.UPDATE: Feb. 26, 2022. Visited Dairy Queen for a Fish Sandwich. Made my order at the drive thru. The order taker was polite and helpful. Food was prepared quickly, and as usual, the sandwich and fries were just perfect. The meal was better than ever because the gentleman in the truck in front of me kindly paid my bill for me. I was surprised and so happy I passed on the joy and kindness and to the lady in the vehicle behind me. Makes my heart happy to do that. ?
People are nice enough, however the two different times I have gone lately haven't been for the better. First time of the bad experiences, I ordered a sauce tossed but got regular strips instead. Second time I ordered the strips they got it right, but they were ice cold.
A pretty typical fast food restaurant. Staffed by high school aged kids. The lines are usually short and wait time is not outrageous. Their food is sub par but you can't expect much when its frozen and microwaved. Overall they are not that bad though.

the last time I ordered from there, I got a $7 combo that would have contained a sunshade. they did not remember my Sunday, but we prepared ourselves when we returned less than an hour later.
had a great time with my son today! had a cheeseburger brezel sticks erdnussbutter milkshake and a chocolate cone. everything was great.

Good food, just remember to check your food before you leave. The staff was confused and not paying attention to orders.
The food was excellent and the staff was fantastic! The restaurant lobby is exceptionally clean.
