I’m struggling to put into words what I just experienced at this restaurant. I ordered a cherry milkshake and four cheeseburgers, but what I received was completely different. The milkshake tasted nothing like cherry and had a bizarre, chalky texture that fell apart in my mouth with each sip. I’m fairly certain it was a mix of cleaning solution and some kind of paste. As for the cheeseburgers, I’ve had better ones from the frozen food section at the grocery store. It was all just unacceptable. Where is your quality control? I would have returned the food and thrown it at the kitchen staff if I hadn’t lived so far away. I won’t be returning here again.
I don't understand why your dining room is closed. We had to order food and eat it while driving on the highway. The burgers were overloaded with mustard and ketchup. I ordered chicken fingers, but they were incredibly dry, crunchy, and unappetizing. We received only two tiny napkins for the entire meal—why is that? Additionally, I saw a woman preparing food without wearing gloves! We will NOT be returning. If you wouldn't eat the food you're serving, why serve it at all? This place feels cheap, rushed, and inconsiderate of its customers. I believe I could run a better establishment than this.
I also got my favorite Blizzard, the pumpkin pie. Admittedly, it looks a bit melted in the picture, but that was just because I took it after we settled down. The pumpkin pie smoothie was just like the Blizzard—delicious! My husband had the pecan Blizzard and thought it was okay. I tried a bit, but I’m just not a fan unless it’s the pumpkin pie Blizzard. The entire front area was clean, as were both bathrooms (my husband used the other one). My only complaint was that the burgers were a bit dry, but everything else was spot on!
Hot food is usually pretty good, if it's ice cream, especially blizzards, I hope you like 50% or more being completely vanilla. I don't know if they train the staff that the mixer will rip the bottom of the cup now or if it costs that much to clean the extra couple inches of mixer, but it's getting ridiculous in this area (Pincher Creek/Fort Macleod) with how much vanilla you get when you order a blizzard Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Exceptional hospitality and wonderful staff. We arrived just 10 minutes before closing, yet we were treated to freshly brewed coffee and a delicious burger. Service: Takeout; Meal: Dinner.
I often go to eat the poutine and chichken burgers are my fav ones always fresh and hot and love the environment the staff is so friendly and helpful and the food is always fresh
