I normally love this location, the food is great and during the day the employees are very friendly and professional,however last night around 8:30 I stopped in to get a blizzard and a very friendly young man was about to help me with my order , when ayoung lady( not as friendly)forced herself at the register and would not let him touch anything,then I noticed as I waited formy order that they were purposely ignoring the young man when he talked directly to them.At one point a young lady asked him whywas he talking to her. The young man was embarrassed, humiliated, and isolated, but he still managed a smile for me. Maybe theyneed a good lesson in humility, and kindness. Also my banana split...
The person taking orders at the register was extremely rude. She didn’t understand what I was saying and was arguing with me over nothing. There wasn’t anything to argue over. No issues. She had a bad attitude. The manager James wasn’t much better. I asked for something on the side and he said no I can’t do it for you. If I do it for you I have to do it for everybody. It wasn’t a big ask. They are not friendly or accommodating. If you are special needs or have food allergies this isn’t the place for you to go even when traveling. My DQ at home would never treat me like this. Dietary restrictions: They will not accommodate any dietary restrictions.

I had a negative experience at the restaurant. The bottom bun of my flamethrower burger had a piece of plastic on it and my fries were cold. The service provided by the young man, Jessie, at the window was excellent. However, the quality of the food did not match the price, especially considering the long wait time in the drive-through line. I visit this restaurant 1 to 2 times a week and always order the same thing - a triple chocolate brownie and a large milk. However, today I was told that I can no longer have the milk because customers drink it too much. I am confused because I am paying for it and it's not like I am getting it for free. A cup of milk costs as much as a gallon at the grocery store. It seems like just another food service location that doesn't care about the customer. I don't even know anymore.
I rarely write reviews, but we decided to stop at this restaurant on our way back from the beach and were extremely impressed by the exceptional service provided by an employee named Ms. Casey. She went above and beyond in terms of kindness and overall customer service. She truly deserves to be recognized for her outstanding performance. The service was top-notch and we were there for dinner.
This has been the best experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. The drive-thru staff was friendly and efficient, and the food was both hot and budget-friendly. I would give them six stars if that was possible.
