It was Father’s Day s celebration so we decided to head out to Dairy Queen Grill Chill Bowmanville for Blizzard Treat ice creams. This is our first visit to this location. It is an exceptional destination for family hang out location. Their customer service is truly remarkable, ensuring a delightful experience for every visitor. This is a review of a review! Zoltan this is for you! My husband and I were #20 and you were order #21. For someone to complain about not turning the blizzard upside down and the unnecessary violent behaviour is nothing less than a terrible 2 year old tantrum…. If this is what you need to complain about you need therapy my friend. You should act your age and have more class…. Also the way you treated a new trainee the way you did, is appalling, if I were the manager who was exemplary in the way he responded , I wouldn’t have been as kind! The way you responded shows a serious lack of education and politeness as well as patience….
So disappointed in our last experience. We ordered a large blizzard at the drive thru, drove two minutes home and by the time we got back it was almost completely melted (which means the ice cream was already partially melted when made, this happens when the machine sits a bit). On top of that none of it was blended at the bottom. Called them to tell them and refused to do anything about it. Won’t be going back to that location. Wasted $10.
Went here for a blizzard and a shake. The ice cream was outstanding as per usual. However, they didn’t do the flip with my blizzard!!! Maybe because it was a hot day and they didn’t want to risk it. Regardless, nice clean establishment with good service and friendly staff. I’d like to give Aiden a shout out for always being amazing!. Whenever I come through the drive through which is almost everyday he’s always been fantastic. I just wanted to say keep making amazing happen and keep being the amazing person you are! Your customer service is impeccable! You’re definitely an asset to the company and I hope they give you a huge raise because you deserve it thank you
We ordered a birthday cake for my grandson. The fellow who worked with us was so busy. A ball team came in just after us. He was so professional and ensured we were looked after and also helping with the other orders
This store once served reasonably priced meals and treats but now the costs are obscene, the reason I might go there about every year and a half, though I live within easy walking distance. Not impressed

Nice place to relax near to the highway. Quick service and good food and ice cream. Must visit place they also have patio.
