We came in tonight with family for dine in. I was ordering our ice creams and the guy who was taking our orders his name was Harinder was very rude by mistake we ordered wrong size so I told him to change the size to Minnie he was like sorry I can’t it’s already and you should have ordered correctly in first time . Very rude and disrespectful also we was rushing us . We were still ordering and he was like so that ur done. Very rude
I requested my meat to be well done, but it arrived pink and greasy, which upset my stomach. On the positive side, the service was excellent. However, I found out that toppings aren't complimentary; for example, a piece of lettuce costs 40 cents. I have dietary restrictions and follow a low-fat diet, which is why I specifically asked for it to be well done.
We’re huge customers of this location from the dealership across the street. We ordered a 6pc chicken strips with fries to get only 4 and what it seems a chicken nugget. The quality of service has gone down significantly. Which is sad cause we love dq.

Terrible service—there was a wait time of over 20 minutes for four ice creams. They are clearly understaffed and overwhelmed, with the cashier handling everything.
I appreciate the restaurant, but the drive-thru service is quite slow. I've had to wait over 10 minutes at the window even when there was no one else ahead of me.
Great experience, younger boy at till was fantastic patient with our large family while trying to figure out what everyone would like .Great service !
