Dairy Queen Grill Chill

This location is definitely not consistent. This is the second time I’ve come and the gravy has been off. And that’s the whole reason I get DQ. The last time it tasted spoilt and it made me sick and this time it doesn’t even look or taste like their gravy. It’s overly seasoned too. So I’m not gonna risk it again. Which sucks because I pay extra to get extra gravy because I dip everything in it (fries chicken with bread) so not only did I waste $1 on the gravy but $10 on the whole meal because I can’t eat it the way I intend to and for the whole reason I chose to get DQ. It’s a different meal without the gravy and having to dip it in ketchup at home. I’d rather have gotten something else then...

Ordered a cotton candy blizzard. They gave me a spoon first, then the blizzard came with a lid. Why? To use the spoon you have to throw away the lid. I noticed that it was badly mixed. Most of the candy was on top (there wasn't a lot of candy to begin with). The bottom half was completely void of candy sprinkles. They didn't do the flip thing. I felt compelled to do it myself. It feel to the floor. I have been going to DQ for decades so I know what they are about. Felt like these people were cutting corners and skimping on things. Not a good experience. Does the brand a disservice.
