I explained that I just came back from chicago and wanted to eat and get destressed. so also offered to refund money when I came next time. My daughter and I came here for lunch and I had gotten a grilled chicken blt salad. They use to be so good filled with cheese, bacon etc... this time I paid over $6 for Lettuce. There was barely any cheese and bacon. It was just thrown on there. My daughters chicken sandwich had barely any toppings on it. Then what aggravated me the most is that there were grandparents with their little grandkids which 1 of the kids had an egg allergy and the grandparents were making sure nothing contained egg in it and the girl by the register and the girl who seemed to be a manager rolled thier eyes and just didn't even seem to care and wouldn't double check to see if anything had egg in it. this special dairy queen was one of the best almost food restaurants in the environment. very courteous and well-trained staff ensures that their order is fulfilled. eating is hot or cold, depending on what they order. the new burgers are tasty, but tasty. the ice cream tasty eggs are always good.
Chili dog combo was hot and delicious. My mobile app would not allow me to get a dipped cone deal but they did honor it at the counter. This place has great customer service and the manager is a friendly and nice gentleman. I live close to this location and do enjoy their treats occasionally.
Cashiers and front end workers are really nice and fixed my order after it was carelessly rushed out. I had to drive back up back I received a $5 free coupon. Food was good once fixed.
