Dairy Queen Grill Chill

Been here quite a few times as of late after having been quite dissatisfied with another DQ in the area and I gotta say the quality and wait times are night and day difference; especially the wait times. I don't think I've ever waited in their line longer than 5 minutes. The place gets a decent amount of business, so I'm inclined to think that they are doing something right at this location. I've had good experiences with their staff, except on one occasion where the person taking the orders from me got short with me over the speaker because I was taking too long to order. For that I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. Pretty decent place though!

I was very impressed with the workers today. We had a large group of grandchildren who wanted ice cream cones. One by one they gave their order and the worker patiently did his thing. The other workers quickly got the ice cream to us. There were several other people in the shop so I know that they were trying to take care of everyone else as well. They all seemed to have a good attitude, even under pressure. Thanks DQ team!

I've always had a great experience at this dairy Queen on main street, the staff is always friendly and efficient. Even through times of covert, when they close the inside early it is not a problem and we did sit outside after we received our food. Lots of people are always coming to this location, keep up the Great work.

I enjoy going to dairy queen and the service at this location was very fast. They had a sign on the drivethru saying they would not be flipping blizzards at this time which seemed to me weird as that is a big part of the brand. Overall a good visit!

Picked up an ice cream cake for my wife's birthday and it was great! Staff were friendly and helpful.
