The Best Dairy Queen in Fairfield County!!!!!They do a fantastic job of customer service, and go above and beyond for all their customers. They really make a great ice cream sundae and Iam always pleased with whatever we order. They don't scimp on toppings and that is a big plus. They are consistent and friendly and give the best ice cream and service to all. If I could give 10 stars, they would get it!!!!
Love this Dairy Queen and usually prefer this one but it’s quite frustrating that their hours state a specific closing time and they’re already closed 30 minutes prior to the listed closing time. Not the first time that has happened.Update: Removed an additional star because this location no longer honors/redeems birthday rewards.
The ice cream here is fantastic! There are plenty of options and flavors to choose from, including cones, cups, sundaes, milkshakes, smoothies, and various add-ons. It feels like experiencing the joy of childhood all over again as you explore new tastes. Plus, there is ample parking available for everyone who stops by to order.
The guys here are very professional. They not only give you top notch service, but they also remember each and every customer by name. They by far have the best customer service that I have come across. These guys should be franchisees.
I'm 90% certain that I saw the worker preparing my drink in a cup that was enclosed. Just imagine how many other special orders were handled without the glass walls for a certain group of customers. I will never go back to this place.
There was a bit of a wait, as expected since there's always a line—everyone loves Dairy Queen! The service was quick and friendly, and my strawberry cake Blizzard with extra cheesecake was absolutely perfect!
I absolutely adore this place! I've been coming here since my childhood. I love it so much that I actually drive from Waterbury just to enjoy an ice cream cone here.
The staff here are incredibly friendly and patient. We often stop by after baseball games or haircuts. My kids absolutely love getting ice cream from this place.
