Massimo Pizzeria - Tisch reservieren

I grew up coming to Massimos and yes the food is still amazing but the customer service has declined drastically. It's not welcoming and you don't get no waitress who remembers a returning client and is welcoming. You have to do partial self service with having to get the drinks yourself and asking the waitress to bring you cups and utensils. Until that gets changed, I will have to continue picking up because dinning in is not worth it. You don't feel like part of the family anymore.

Check your receipt. I was overcharged both times I came here. It is a shame because the food is great. Won't return. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
