They have made changes to the quality and quantity of ice cream, especially with their sandwich bars. The cookie portion crumbled and wasn't dense, tasted cheap, the quantity of ice cream was lacking, 1/4 inch to 3/8 of an inch, not acceptable.,
The staff had an attitude, particularly in their body language. I apologize for not being familiar with the menu and needing some time to review it.
The staff is highly professional and knowledgeable about their offerings. The service is outstanding as well. Highly recommended!
