I usually have a good experience at this Dairy Queen, but what happened today was unacceptable. For context, this was a DoorDash order. They gave my Dasher the wrong order, and I realized it before opening it by checking the name on the receipt. I contacted my Dasher, who returned to the store, but they told him it was probably the correct order with the wrong name. They instructed him to tell me to open the order, so I did and confirmed that it was incorrect. They eventually found my order and handed it to my Dasher. Because a significant amount of time had passed, my Dasher asked them to remake both orders since the one I had was already opened by someone other than the intended recipien...
Dairy Queen has a great location. It could use a bit of cleaning, but overall it's fine. At least there’s an option to eat inside! The dining area is spacious. And what about that 'mystery bag'? I definitely recommend this place!
Walked in at 745 pm to get ice cream. 5 girls standing around no one said a word although they made eye contact. No one took my order I left. Garbage employees. Do go to this Dairy Queen Apparently customers don’t matter

Was up there about 10 mins ago and they wouldn't take my dairy queen app coupon because the deal wasn't in their system. I ending up losing the deal for my shake.
The large cone we got had less ice cream than the medium cone. Broke my heart. I am a fat guy that NEEDS his ice cream BIG.
The ice cream was excellent, but the hot dogs were just average and seemed like they were microwaved.
