I believe this is the best Korean restaurant we've ever visited. Everything was excellent! The portion sizes were generous, and even though we ordered too much, we were able to take the leftovers home for dinner. The bossam had a clean taste and was perfectly cooked. The haemul pajeon (seafood scallion pancake) was also fantastic, with a large serving. The service was quick, and our server was very pleasant. The bibimbap and bulgogi were delicious as well, making for a wonderful dining experience. This is where a Korean family would go on a weeknight if they were busy, knowing they would get home style meals at a reasonable price. This is not a birthday/date/prom type Asian place so don't expect glamorous interior, but you will get family style stews and entrees with familiar ban chans and super friendly Korean ladies who just love to feed people. Food again, is homestyle, not fine dining and the prices are right. I'd go back for casual Korean supper anytime. There were 2 of us and we ordered the BOSAM PLATTER, KIMCHI STEW, HAMUL JEON. I adore this restaurant for a number of reasons: the food is truly authentic, the staff is efficient and friendly, and they work exceptionally well as a team. The atmosphere is cozy, and despite it often being busy, I’ve never had to wait for a table during lunch. They remember me every time I visit, even after a few months, along with my favorite dishes and my food allergies. Each visit has been increasingly enjoyable. For an authentic Korean dining experience, I highly recommend this restaurant or its sister location in Annandale, VA.
The broken mackerel and fried belt fish are quite good. I especially enjoyed the fried belt fish; it has a wonderfully crispy exterior. The lunch specials are also impressive, and the bean paste soup consistently delivers. The service here is excellent, with the waitstaff being very attentive to refilling our banana supply. However, during my late lunch on May 12, 2022, I was a bit disappointed. The mackerel was not served hot, and the seafood pancakes were just average. Still, the service remained up to par.

I absolutely love all the Korean dishes here, but my favorite is the seafood and green onion pancake, Haemool Pa jeon. It's such a huge portion that I always take some home to enjoy later. It still tastes delicious even when cold! The crispy texture and incredible flavor are just amazing. You really have to try it—I highly recommend it!
Had a friend here for dinner a few nights ago. Service and food were excellent! We ordered spicy grilled pork 제 and crushed bean stew 콩비 . Our servers were very attentive but not disturbing. Will surely return!
If you love their lunch specials, including roasted fish with different soups and their bossam, you have to try them! They're amazing!
Grilled Mackerel and Cheonggukjang combo is amazing!! Super authentic side dishes and kimchi. Servers are very kind and accommodating.
