Dave Buster's Whitehall

I booked on open table but the greeter told me to wait in line with everyone else. The line wasn’t moving so I eventually went to the host stand and they sat us. We waited an hour for our food and our appetizer never came. The people next to us ordered before we did and still hadn’t been served all of their food when we left. I felt bad for them. The managers were not walking around to check in people. And the wait staff wasn’t forthcoming either updated about peoples food. Seems like maybe there was an issue with the computers but nothing was said to the patrons. A big well known chain like this should have their act together especially on a Saturday night. My guest enjoyed the choice of venue for my child's birthday celebration. There were so many terrific options that satisfied my economic struggles yet allowed me to comfortably pay for my guests enjoyment. The Server was great to work with. The floor manager walked our food to the table which was a plus because my Stout burger was a great temperature when I devoured it. The fries hands down are amazing. The perfect amount of seasoning that was not over bearing for the taste. Great job Lehigh Valley Dave and Busters!!!

As a group we were very pleased with our service, food and atmosphere the staff was very good and professional. My granddaughter had an awesome time at her little birthday party. Thanks for making her day memorable

It was crazy busy, but the staff at Dave and Buster's kept everything together, especially the managers.
