Came to celebrate the father in law's birthday with 9 of us (including 3 kids/babies). The staff were so nice, accommodating and helpful! Our server was so kind! She was really fast, but didn't rush us at all. I can't remember her name, but she was Japanese so hopefully someone in Deco Lounge can give her a shout out for us! My kids made a birthday cake to bring and they happily put candles on it and brought it to us. They gave us complimentary ice cream to go with it too (and squirty cream). It's things like this that make you recommend places like this. We basically didn't pay for any dessert and they refused to take anything for the ice cream! This is what hospitality looks like.
Called in today for breakfast/brunch, we are so glad we did. The place was packed and there was loads of people waiting to come in too. We ordered from the table using the QR code which was easy, we waited maybe 10 minutes for our food which was delivered by a very polite member of staff. The food was excellent, 3 of us ordered the breakfast muffin, 1 of us got the cheese bacon toasties. All of the food was excellent and piping hot, we absolutely loved it. We only wish we'd come here yesterday! We will 100% come again on our next visit to Liverpool.
Alisha made some beautiful drinks and Lauren looked after me and my friend so well on the floor, even better is the atmosphere, would highly recommend getting a drink and heading upstairs with the beautiful lightening, it’s for couples and families alike
Superb restaurant, friendly, efficient staff with delicious food and a dedicated Gluten free menu which is a lifesaver for me being ceoliac. I would highly recommend for everyone.
