Dedalus Wine Shop, Market Wine

The oysters were incredibly sweet and the wine list curated by Liza for the Beaujolais celebration on November 17th took our breath away. Our server Neville was dead on with his wine suggestions and food pairings. We were blown away by the quality of the food and wine and the knowledge and expertise of the folks working tonight.

I can't say enough good things about Desalus, especially Liza, the manager. She walked out of her way to offer some liquid comfort while my family went through one of the furthest times we've ever been through. A great thank you to her.

I thought that was a sweet wine shop with a beautiful atmosphere and a nice selection. The service was good and not too attentive or lax. The prices fluctuated, but we're okay....

An atmosphere that is crispy, Vermont luxury. The staff was well informed and could answer all our naive wine questions. Certainly a unique Burlington business.

Excellent wine list. Tends, a little newer vintages, but still solid. Food is great and service was perfect. Large Steak Filet and Cheese Options “
