We went to dinner for New Year's Eve and had a lovely time. Our server was very professional, polite and friendly. Really liked him. The atmosphere was great. The restaurant was very pretty and they accommodated a change in our table location when we requested it without a problem. We have been to many nice steak places, and while for the most part DF's was comparable, our steak and sides left us feeling disappointed. The prime ribeye was very simple bland and our spinach and potatoes were nothing to write home about. The tiramisu brûlée was a delicious change of pace. The service was not well from the beginning. We had decided to take our family Out to dinner, party of 4. The Waiter never introduced himself and was just in a non focus matter to service us . We had to ask for new plates, have our son's lemonade refilled, asked to clear the table first before he gave us the desert menu. We was missing for about 20 mins. After our steaks were served he never came to check if all was fine not until the end of our meal. The service was very disappointing especially it being for New Year's Eve!! We should have taken our business to Ruth's Chris a real steak house . The food was decent but nothing out of the park .
As bad as it could be. Food, service, all bad. Apps and service were so bad we tried to leave them, but the manager convinced us to stay for the steaks we had ordered, offering to comp them. The steaks, ordered medium rare, were ****, and that’s coming from someone who loves rare meat. We still ended up paying $200 without the steaks. Horrible. We canceled our membership as well.
There is supposed to be a dress code. There obviously was not. My steak was extremely over cooked. Sent it back. Then it was extremely raw. They brought the next time and by then the sides were al cold. The waiter was not attentive at all it was not a good experience and I would never recommend. Extremely disappointing!

Food was mediocre and not worth the money. Manager on duty was non-responsive and did not exhibit a professional demeanor. The Beverly Hills/Century City location is a poor representation of the Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse brand.
Ran in to grab a quick bite before a movie, shrimp cocktail where average hamburger was average, Caesar salad was average. Waiter was a 10, he was very well trained knew exactly what he was doing. Made an average meal even better. 
Food was great but service was extremely slow and put a damper on the whole experience. They had two large holiday banquets happening while we dined and were understaffed. It took literally an hour for my wife to get a drink.
The wine Som. was clueless, had none of the wines we picked, food was just ok, had a foul smelling charred octopus that went back.. For the money you're spending in this restaurant, food should be better.. Won't be back

Beautiful restaurant however they were out of king crab legs which is what we wanted. Whipped potatoes were runny and tasteless but they did swap them out for Chateau potatoes. Steak was average at best
