My family and I just moved here and we have never been to a Del Taco. The staff was extremely rude, didn't give us a receipt. We got all the way home and our order was wrong. Called the store and the young lady who answered was completely rude. Drove all the way back for the manager on duty to set my messed up order aside and walk away from, cleared her screen before she even cared to see what I needed. Asked for a receipt, even tho she could clearly see we just ordered from there. Sat and waited for our food to be remade for over 30 minutes and we were charged more for an upgrade as we wanted the dell tacos not the snack tacos. Not once did we get an apology. Got the new Birra tacos and I would say very disappointed the tortillas were soggy and the meat had no flavor whats so ever including the broth and the other things I ordered my order wasn’t correct from what was handed it meVery disappointed after all the hype that I was hearing about this place I definitely expected better quality food and to get my order most of the way correctFood quality definitely wasn’t worth the $40 I paid
I have been to this drive through numerous times, and staff is helpful and kind. However, the last time I left the drive thru parking lot, I noticed people hanging around not as patrons but just there and felt like they wanted to approach my car. Kinda shady. But they left me alone, but just their actions made me aware. I'm glad I was in my car already.
These Habanero Crispy Chicken Tacos are always a special treat, but these were top of the tier. Four usually fills me up, but now I want 10 more. Birra Ramen was a mistake.... Tacos would have been better.Parking: My limo fit close by.

The nicest most helpful crew! Sometimes my app doesn't work but they help me get my order coupon anyway. The Double Del Cheeseburger is up there with the best of them. And a Del Combo Burrito is my ultimate comfort food. Love you guys!

They were understaffed when I went to this location but the employee was very friendly despite being overworked. I always enjoy the food from Del Taco. Simple but tasty.
